Jack Orgill, handthrown pottery

Meet the Potter - Join us for Arts Walk and meet Jack Orgill of Perillo Pottery!
We’re excited to welcome Jack, a talented emerging ceramic artist apprenticing under potter and Perillo Pottery owner Alan Perillo.

Jack is developing his wheel-throwing skills while exploring the unique clay found right here on Perillo Pottery’s property in Tenino. Their beautiful stoneware is crafted using local clay and fired in a traditional wood-fired kiln—giving each piece its own character and story.

Jack began his ceramics journey at Tacoma Community College and earned his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University. He now brings his creativity, curiosity, and growing expertise to the Perillo Pottery tradition.

Come meet Jack, learn about his work and the process behind these locally made pieces, and celebrate the art of pottery with us during Arts Walk!

We can’t wait to see you! 🏺✨
